08/30/01 - Monkey: Just to let you know i'm still alive. I'll start updating this site again as i've started playing CS again. I'm gonna attempt to finish all the maps i've started and maybe try to work on some skins. I'll keep you updated. It's about time to change the poll to eh?

05/27/01 - Monkey: Ok, so our server is a little better than what it used to be. But i'm still not satisfied. Two new possibilities are offered to me right now. Either I get FDSL with this weird unknown company in my region, or I wait till my friend works at his dad's office, where they have an OC3 and a few comps running linux. If anyone else has contacts with companies who run big servers on fast connections, or has a fast connection himself (at least 350kbs upload) please hook me up. And by the way, DeathJester just got Counter-Strike, so horray for him! The cs_mcdonalds map got the most votes on the poll so far, so I will be working on that one now. I also changed the poll.

05/19/01 - Monkey: Good news. My friend who has a better comp than mine, and a cable that doesn't have an upstream cap, decided to host our server. It has alot less lag than the one I was hosting. We tested it earlier, and with 7 players there wasn't any lag, and the pings were averagly 100-200. The new IP address/port for our server is: 24.203.129.105:27016. Please welcome new members Bishibashi and Geburah.

05/18/01 - Monkey: Aaaaargh! I thought there was some ISP in my region that had ADSL, but no! Fuck fuck fuck! Ah... hmm, well, see, now we don't have a server, and I can't host one. So uh, if someone has a faster connection than my shit cable (like access to a T1 at work or something) and could host a CS server, just let me know. I added the Maps section. If you want to make maps or skins, or already have, contact me here and I will post your ideas or creations on the website.

05/13/01 - Monkey: Ok, I've decided to forget the shells, and get ADSL and keep hosting the server myself. I'm supposed to get this done this week or so. Welcome Maxwell_Swift, Dwong and Gallenger in our ranks. Please vote on the poll, because I want to make a map, but I wanna know what you guys think I should make. I want to make a map that people will actually like and play. The first section to be added this week will probably be the skin page. The map page might take awhile, for I want to make my own map before I set it up.

05/09/01 - Monkey: I've decided to to change my name to AnarkistPunk. I don't really know why, just felt like it I guess. Shugotenshi is cool and all, but i got tired of it. I'm stuck between 2 shell providers for our server right now: One with a T1, the other with an OC3. I want to know what you think I should chose. Both claim to be very reliable, have about the same hard drive space, same number of background processes and mail/webhosting, the only main difference is the connection. Note that I will probably move this page to my shell account, then we won't have that annoying Tripod banner up there. Mail me or talk to me on GSA, I want to know what you think about these 2 providers.

05/08/01 - Monkey: Due to horrible lag, i've decided to shut down our Counter-Strike server. Don't worry tho, because i will set up a new one on a good reliable shell soon.

05/07/01 - Monkey: I upgraded the bots on the APR server: they are no longer dumb as sticks. There are several sections of the website missing, unfortunatly, i cannot work on them untill this weekend (I am loaded with school work.) Untill then, the site will probably be neglected a bit (I probably won't post any news untill this weekend), but i will always be available on GameSpy if you need me.

05/06/01 - Monkey: This is it, the legendary layout that i've been talking about. It is still kind of simple, but i will work on improving it. The problem with this layout is, the rest of the pages aren't done yet, so i will have to work day and night for awhile to bring them to you. In my last post, I said they started shipping Gladiac 920 cards. Well apparently the date was set back to May 16th. Also, I need to fill up the arts section. If any of you is good with photoshop etc, and would like to make Counter-Strike art, please contact me at phr0zen@hatredx.net.

6:13 PM Eastern - I just uploaded the Member page and Server page, check them out! Also, i added a poll at the bottom of the left navigation bar. The poll will hold a new question each week or so. Remember, mail me any comments. Especially good ones, i like getting bragged a bit after i work hard like this. Hah! Just joking...

7:54 PM Eastern - I just received an email from punkbuster.com confirming the registration of our clan tag: [APR]. All APR members who play CS are urged to enter our auth key and password in the 'Profile' tab of their PunkBuster client. For obvious reasons, I can't post the password or auth key here on a public webpage, so please contact me either through email, icq or GSA to get it. If you don't do this, PunkBuster monitored servers like ours will kick you out, thinking you are not a true APR member. Sorry for the inconvenience, but understand that it's just a small precaution to take, to stop losers who aren't in APR to pose as if they were.

05/05/01 - Monkey: Because i promised more eyecandy, and i always keep my promises, here's a new logo. How is it huh? The whole page will also have a makeover soon, when i make more graphics. Also, please welcome Dogm34t within our ranks. Other interesting news: They started shipping ELSA Gladiac 920 GeForce 3 AGP cards today, and also dropped the price (originally at 550$ US) to 400$ US. 05/04/01 - Monkey: There, I put this kinda simple page up. There's not much eyecandy huh? I'll probably fix that soon... I am working on a whole new layout (I have nothing against the normal APR webpage layout, but it's more RPGish than first-person-shooter-ish, don't you think?).
